In 2016, Focus Online won the development pitch the Samara Hotels website. The brand selected us for the project as they were seeking to differentiate themselves online with a truly premium site. A comprehensive visual refresh and user experience enhancement exercise followed in late 2018. Focus Online works closely with Samara in terms of the implementation of its digital marketing campaign. We are responsible for detailed revenue reporting, user analytics, as well as ongoing product development advisory. In addition, we also assist the brand with ongoing content generation and social media marketing. As of 2018, Samara was one of our first clients to adopt a hybrid performance based model, giving the brand access to resources on demand while also optimising their new business acquisition costs.
