When it comes to marketing to multiple countries or international cities around the globe, Meta’s marketing pros recommend simplifying to a single campaign and a single ad set for all markets. This will give you the best chance of quickly exiting the learning phase and delivering better results.

2. Use Meta’s automations to your benefit

This is an easy way to optimise performance if you are looking to sell to new and existing customers with little to no specific campaign requirements. With a flick of a switch you can optimise performance across campaign budget, creative, destination, placement and audience by making use of Meta’s latest automations – namely Meta Advantage +.

Meta Advantage+ shopping campaigns is one automation solution that optimises across the full campaign set-up, helping generate international sales more efficiently.

Easy win: Another easy automation to optimise your ad creative is to switch on the Languages option. In Meta Ads Manager, you can create ads that display in multiple languages so people automatically see your ad in the correct language. This means you don’t need to create various ad sets for each language and apply separate language targeting.

3. Diversify your ad creatives
